It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Very down to earth and very easy to make a connection with when it comes to getting help.
I’m very happy to have someone to talk to. My therapist is so sweet and gentle.
Ms. Griffin really listens and understands what I am talking about. She offered great, insightful questions that let me actually think and approach situations differently, so I can learn to deal with difficulties better. She’s kind and friendly, and responds to all messages. Highly recommend.
Kathleen was very responsive and nice to talk to. I came in with some anxiety and felt a lot better after talking with her. She was able to help centralize the root of my anxiety. She was also patient and empathetic. Overall I had a good experience talking to her.
Kathleen has always been kind and supportive. The suggestions have been the most helpful when I need it.
Kathleen was very kind and did a great job listening to me when I was at a particularly low point. Speaking with her helped a lot.
She is very caring, calming, and kind. Kathleen listens intently, and lets me talk everything out without interrupting at all. Also, she asks me great questions to broaden my thinking about the issues I am having. She has really helped in just the past month, and I hope to keep working with her through my relationship issues for the next few months. If I have any uneasy feeling of uncertainty in my personal life, I can message her, and feel okay. She’s great!
I am so grateful that I had a chance to experience Kathleen as my therapist. She has been extremely helpful and supportive in helping me deal with a very harsh breakup. She’s very nice and listens to everything you say. She makes you feel heard, and helps to look at the other side. 10/10 experience, thank you so much!
Kathleen has been a great help to me during our therapy sessions. I would recommend her with my whole heart as she is a great therapist, listener and overall a good person.
Kathleen is amazing and has calmed me down more times than I can count at this. Her words of encouragement and understanding is great. It’s like talking to a friend but who’s an expert on my mental health and understanding. I highly recommend Kathleen.
I was in a pretty bad place when I started therapy and after seeking help again after a couple years of “toughing it out”, Kathleen had been amazing in reflecting with me and grounding me when I felt really unhinged.
She’s gentle yet firm when she responds and asks good questions to get me thinking deeper into my past, present, and overall self-awareness
Kathy has been so helpful at this point in my progress. She listens and holds space in a nonjudgmental and encouraging way. I’ve never had formal therapy before and she was able to walk me through how it all works. I have been able to have revelations through our conversations that wouldn’t have been possible unless it was through therapy. She asks great questions when necessary to lead me through tangled thoughts and feelings. I’m appreciative of Kathy so far !
Very kind and understanding. So grateful for the help.
Kathleen is a great listener and helped me understand how to address my problems. I appreciated her checking in on me to make sure I was ok
Kathleen has been hugely beneficial in my healing journey, dealing with a difficult relationship with a parent. She's really listened, offered insight and also helped me feel a sense of empowerment in my decisions moving forward.
I have only had 2 sessions with Kathleen over the course of a few weeks and so far she is very supportive and understanding. She has really helped me to better process things in such a short time. Highly recommend.
My first session with her was very fun and relieving. She listened to everything that I had to say and was very respectful towards me. I'm excited and looking foward to our next session
I feel heard and when I'm misunderstood we work through that as well which helps me explore my misunderstandings with others.
Kathleen shows understanding through relating with my problems on a personal level. It makes me feel validated and heard and her advice seems always spot on and is truly helpful.
She is easy to talk to and listens well. Recommends ideas that have helped me get through somethings. Would recommend her to friends and family.
Great listener and challenges me
I’ve had only two sessions with Kathy, but have found her so warm and compassionate. She is a patient and empathetic listener — and she’s really listening! During our first session, she had a profound insight (which ought to have been obvious to me but wasn’t) and shared questions about my experience that were really thought provoking. She is non-judgemental, very encouraging, and just so nice to talk to. I genuinely look forward to talking it out with someone who really hears me and cares.
