Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Anita is great at showing me how to approach a situation or scenario. She’s not telling me what to think or how to react but how to process what I’m feeling about a certain situation or moment. Excited to continue my therapy sessions with Anita and see what else I learn along the way. Thank you Anita for helping navigate the things I’ve had difficulty with my whole life.

Anita is helping me see how I can become a more self-aware person capable of protecting myself and navigating the chaotic world we all live in. She listens to me and helps me identify and articulate the problems and the solutions myself just by pointing in the right direction. I am thankful to be able to work on myself with the help from Anita.

For about 1 year I’ve been talking to Anita and I’ve come a long way in my therapy journey. Anita is a very good listener and is always willing to give you the safe space to explore thoughts, ideas and mental health topic’s which you want to discuss. I learned that reaching out for help is a healthy and strong way of dealing with my mental health issues and not a sign of weakness. I appreciated the openness of our communication, the exercises which we did together and I can highly recommend to give Anita a chance to hear you out. Thanks Anita! Happy Holidays to everyone!

Reviewed November 2023

Anita is a very kind and attentive therapist who has a very broad knowledgebase to draw from. She hears/understand the deeper level of the experiences I discuss with her. Whilst this is obviously the essence of being a therapist, it is not universally mastered - I have previously tried out a number of therapists who proved to not have that skill to any great extent. So I can truly recommend Anita.

Anita is a great listener. She has been supporting me through a difficult life situation.

Reviewed September 2023

I feel really positive since starting my therapy with Anita , looking forward to keeping it going and improving my whole outlook in my relationship and my personal life

Reviewed September 2023

Anita is a wonderful therapist, so far she's helped me to understand my thought patterns and has asked me helpful questions to address my thoughts and has prompted me to think about different things. I also like the cards that she uses during the session to get me to reflect deeply on what I have said so she really does listen and she's patient as well as understanding. This is what every therapist should be as therapy for the first time is extremely terrifying especially for someone who really struggles to be emotionally vulnerable with anyone.

Reviewed August 2023

I like sessions with Anita. She's very attentive and careful. She manages to understand when it looks like it's not possible to understand. She keeps very high ethical standards and doesn't give advice when I'm not asking. I appreciate the work she's done together with me and I'm satisfied with current results

Therapy was the best decision I've ever made, and Anita is the cherry on top. She is so warm and welcoming. She is the helping hand I needed through my journey. I highly recommend her.

I loved my sessions with Anita! I was sad to end them but I could feel that I was doing so much better, and my husband even pointed out that I seemed more calm and was having a lot less episodes of crying. I feel way more positive moving forward, and more optimistic about my future, and I’m so appreciative to have had Anita help me through this difficult time in my life!
