Janice is an excellent practical therapist. Go to her when you want tangible results, not a Freudian never-never plan. She listens and is sensitive to your feelings, but does offer possible reasons why you might be feeling that way and usually has a worksheet to help you work through them. I highly recommend Janice.

I am so incredibly lucky and grateful to have been matched with Janice. She’s helped me work through my triggering past experiences with nothing but pure compassion, empathy, kindness and wisdom. I feel that Janice truly cares what I was talking about, she always put me at ease which allowed me to explore what was causing my anxieties without feeling ashamed or judged. My past experiences with other therapists felt rather clinical, impersonal and left me with a feeling that I was just another case study. But with Janice I felt as though I was talking to a close friend, one fully armed with the tools I needed to combat my mental health issues. I now feel stable, strong, more confident and much more considerate to my own well-being. Having now come to a conclusion on my therapy sessions due to my drastically improved state of mind, I can without a doubt say that Janice has made my life so much better. Thank you Janice, for everything.

Janice always listens attentively to what I have to say, understands my problems and offers her insights, which often make me see my problems in an other light and that's very helpful for me. She's always on time and always follow up by regularly checking up on me and send me messages. She's a professional that I would recommend to anyone who's struggling with relationship problems either family or partner wise or even your relationship with yourslef.

Reviewed January 2023

During my time with Janice she was non judgemental from the beginning. She made me realise that I wasn't weak and built my confidence up in facing certain problems head on. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who seeks help.

Reviewed January 2023

Janice is not only incredibly insightful and professional, but she is also kind, warm, relatable and comforting. Her compassion for my own situation is genuine, she doesn’t treat me like just another client! The care I feel from her words is clear, which has strengthened my trust in her and my belief that I will get better. I can’t recommend Janice enough and I’m so grateful that I was matched with her through Better Help.

Reviewed December 2022

I think Janice is a wise and kind person and a very skilled therapist. I would highly recommend her. I felt comfortable with her - that she would listen to what I was saying with words and she often heard some things I was unable to put into words. I didn't feel judged. She insisted that she was always there and she was. Despite never pushing me to talk about anything that might be destructive for me, she did encourage me to look at something I really needed to, to be able to move forward and form stronger, more respectful bonds. She seemed to understand what I felt my values were and she helped me to act in accordance with them. It was not easy but it changed my attitude and the way I treat myself, my time and how I try to treat the people who are important to me. I learned a lot, I worked a lot, I paused a lot and it was well worth it. I am happy to have had this opportunity.
