I know choosing an anonymous counsellor just from a few words and a photo on a screen can be unnerving and it may be difficult to feel like you are making an informed decision, so I want our first contact to be an opportunity for you to make sure I am the right person for you to work with and for me to make sure I have to experience and expertise to work with you. After this session, there is no requirement or expectation for you to book another one and I will always be guided by you, what you want and what you need.

I believe all difficulties we experience with regard to our mental health are episodes and not a way of life. I see my role as a counsellor being to help you to develop and build resilience, self-confidence and self-esteem, so you can master the art of living without living being a burden.

I use Person-Centered therapy techniques, as well as incorporate other approaches, such as hypnotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, and journaling, to ensure a truly tailored experience for my client. Please feel free to drop me a message or an email with any questions.

Please note, I do not work weekends at present.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
