Julie, I can't imagine my world without her! We've been working together for 6 months and we already see progress. My mood has improved, I understand a lot more about myself and my patterns, I had several AHA! moments and I am able to see things I couldn't before, all thanks to the kind guidance and support Julie provides. Thank you, Julie!

I have tried a few different therapist before but I have not been able to connect with any of them. I gave betterhelp a go as a kind of last ditch effort in trying to fix some of the issues I was facing and ended up learning so much about myself that nobody has ever told me before. Thanks Julie for being here and helping me.

I have only had a handful of sessions with Julie, but I have a certainty that she is a very caring and experienced therapist. She makes me feel comfortable, she listens, she digs deeper gently (as long as I’m alright with it) and she is eager to help me resolve any issues that I may have. Thank you Julie!
