Alison is a real one. Best and most straight forward way to say it. I have tried multiple therapists throughout my life and it is rare that I ever felt they truly wanted to help and that the "exercises" were worth it. She allows me to take my time with understanding each aspect of my difficulties, provides research and information to review, homework that actual holds value and promise and has some great new sayings each and every week. Even when I step away sometimes, she always checks in even if I don't reply. I could not recommend her more and honestly, we need more people like her not just as a therapist, but a person. Thanks for everything Alison and I look forward to continuing our work together

Alison has been a great help to me so far. Her calming nature has really helped me open up which was daunting at first. I feel like my feelings have been validated whilst gaining clarity on why I feel those things. Through a few short sessions I feel like we have created building blocks that will help me regain who I used to be. Alison has been a massive help and I’m so glad she was assigned to be my therapist.

I’ve had such a great experience with Alison! She really went the extra mile for me and has helped me tremendously over the past several months. She helped me identify the root of several problems I’ve struggled with for years, and referred me to other experts when it was needed. I am so grateful for her professionalism, kindness and empathy. Thank you!!

Where do I start! Alison has been absolutely incredible with me. She’s so kind, gentle and understanding, and got to the crux of my issues within the first 15 minutes of our first session. Alison has helped me get my old self back, and has given me all the tools I need to move forward. Thank you!! X

Alison listens well and seeks to understand so she can help. On my bad days I tend to overthink so having the messaging service helps get things down so we can unpack and get to the bottom of things when we have our video session. Alison has given helpful information for me to think about and work on between sessions but I also like that it feels like I’m chatting with a friend and get that human element from our sessions. Would definitely recommend Alison as a therapist.

Alison is a therapist who really tries to help her clients in any way possible. She offers them live video chats, private conversations and even finds different worksheets and other activities just to help you. But most importantly, she is an amazing person and so selfless and kind.
