I've already written this before but I am really thankful to Ms. Davies. I've already had some therapy experience but this is the first time I feel like I've found my therapist - a person who is highly professional but also very kind and caring. I have a huge progress since we are working together. Thank you, BH for making a difference.

Are anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or past experiences making everyday life feel overwhelming?

Do you find yourself stuck in the same unhelpful patterns, no matter how hard you try to break free? Perhaps you’re struggling to come to terms with trauma, feeling lost, or unsure of how to move forward. If any of this resonates with you, please know—you’re not alone, and support is available.

I provide a calm, safe and compassionate space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Together, we will explore your experiences, help you make sense of your past, and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.

My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and gently guide you toward healing. Whether you need help processing traumatic memories, breaking free from harmful cycles, or learning to set healthier boundaries, I am here to support you. My goal is to help you build self-worth, rediscover your voice, and create a life that feels easier and more fulfilling.

I specialise in supporting people who are recovering from narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse and those with anxiety disorders (PTSD, OCD, panic attacks, and generalised anxiety disorder). I am a trauma informed coach and have undertaken advanced trauma therapy certifications.

I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches—including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy (looking at early experiences and relationships), solution focused therapy and mindfulness so I can adapt how I work to find a way of working together that suits you.

If what you’ve read resonates with you, I'd love the opportunity to work with you. You deserve support, and you don’t have to navigate this alone.

About online counseling

Affordable.
Pay a low flat fee.
Convenient.
Do it at your own time and at your own pace. Communicate whenever you feel it's needed.
Available now.
There is no waiting list and no calls to make. Simply fill out a short questionnaire and send your first message.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I´ve tried therapy before, both online and offline, before being matched with Rachael, and I had no idea it could be this helpful. I´m making so much progress with literally every session. I can text Rachael any time during the week and she always makes sure to reply super fast. I never feel judged or dismissed. Very happy with the therapy I´m receiving
