Well when choosing my Therapist I was provided with many different options to tailor the experience to what would be best for me. I've found that it was easy to find a therapist with a similar Ethnic Background as well as understanding on many modern topics as well as different approaches to viewing an issue. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised, I wasn't sure what to expect from an online therapy system but I am very impressed. For every question, goal or problem that I've provided, Dr Jones has given me a practical way around or if not all together facing my problem head on in a reasonable way. He has confirmed things that I wasn't sure about and led me to take different perspectives on issues that I've dealt with for years. I will say that overall I am impressed and would choose Dr. Jones again if I needed to start from scratch.! Thank you!

Dr. Jones follows very closely whatever I tell him. Then he asks me provocative questions, sometimes so simple that I couldn't see that possibility myself. I feel simultaneously challenged and carefully held by Dr. Jones, which for me is an ideal support platform to do my own work. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Jones as a personal therapist.
I was nervous about starting with a therapist that was chosen for me by an algorithm, but when I finally got to talk to Dr. Jones over video my concerns dissipated. I have been meeting with Dr. Jones for a couple of months. He is gentle, kind and a great listener. He has challenged my thinking and helped me grow dramatically. I have really enjoyed my sessions with Dr. Jones. I felt comfortable opening up to him right away. He is a great listener and has helped me learn more about myself, my attachment style and what causes my outbursts of anger (as well as how to manage them).
