Before I started therapy I was so nervous and anxious of how things will go, however after speaking with Ioana Mitrache’s I was at ease, she has a friendly nature and good positive vibe about her which is refreshing to see. She really listens and asks you questions that confirms how your actually feeling, I am someone who is constantly second guessing my emotions and always think to myself if it’s necessary to have these emotions after only two sessions I have more confidence and mentally know that how I am feeling is true and it’s ok to feel the way I do!
