Mr. Wells has been a very considerate, compassionate, and enlightening therapist to work with. James is awesome! He really listens to what I have to say and what my needs are. He allows for a non-judgmental environment, and really cares about helping me get better. He matches my style of therapy which is straight forward and how to make little tweaks instead of changing the whole picture. 10/10 recommend!
Great therapist
I feel like James genuinely care about me and helping me with my specific concerns. Talking with him was incredibly helpful for me at a time when I was very worried about a lot of things. Reality hasn't changed - there are still a lot of things I could be worried about. However, I think he helped me find the mental tools necessary to handle situations better with more forgiveness towards myself.
James listens to me and gives excellent feedback. Therapy seems to be helping in my day-to-day life and I'm thankful to have James to talk to about my problems. *Challenges rather!
James has been great, an ear that is not involved in my day to day, strategies to effectively communicate better, how to handle my stresses better, and now we are working on my goals. James is what I needed in my life, to bounce things off of where I don't feel I can share with others. Specifically regarding addictions, it is good to have a vehicle to open to.
James has done a great job of trying to quickly cover the bases and provide the tools in our first session. We're still getting to the deeper parts of things, so this is probably too early for a comprehensive review, but here goes: he's a solid guy that wants to help and he understands the dynamics of a relationship, where things can start to break down, and he has resources to help. It's our responsibility to implement them, and that's where I'm going to need help. I feel I've been validated, now I need to know where I'm falling short and help working on those things without fooling myself into thinking what I'm doing is enough to avoid my eruptions. It's easy when I'm calm, how can I keep myself from blowing my lid, I think he can help me with that, but we're just getting started. He has a very cool persona and he provides a lot of good information for reference.

James Wells is a fabulous therapist. He’s always ready to listen and help when needed. He’s very good about rolling with whatever you need that day whether it’s a friend to randomly discuss books or a therapist that can coach you through how to deal with the things happening in your life, from parenting and marriage to trauma and cancer. He has absolutely no judgment and is completely supportive while helping you find your path. I have tried therapy many times through my life and working with James is the first time that therapy is everything I thought it could be.
