Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

So thankful to have been led to Miss Debi! She is such a spirited and encouraging teacher!! I’ve been in weekly sessions for about 3 months now and I’ve learned more than I thought possible. Can’t recommend her enough!

Reviewed April 2024

I believe Debora was heaven sent to me during one of the darkest times in my life & because of her, I see light at the end of my tunnel! She is a blessing to me & thanks to her, I know she’s in my corner to help guide me through my struggles. She provides the constructive criticism I need but in a loving way. I can’t imagine having anyone else as my therapist!!

I have only had two sessions with Debbi but so far it has been great! She had to reschedule an appointment with me but quickly found a spot in her schedule. I have made it a point to write down a subject each time we talk and she is always willing to participate in a discussion about that. She seems very realistic and thoughtful and is willing to give me space to express myself.

Reviewed June 2023

Debbi is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her 1000%

Reviewed June 2023

Reviewed May 2023

Debbi has been wonderful. She is easy to talk to and doesn’t make me feel pressured. I always appreciate our sessions and how she breaks things down in to manageable goals.

Reviewed February 2023

Debbi is kind but challenging, supportive but pushy, looks soft but doesn't let you get away with anything.. she's smart and funny, and I love that she's my therapist.

Reviewed November 2022

Debbie is an amazing counselor! I have only been seeing her for two weeks. I haven’t done counseling in 14 years and was extremely scared of how this was going to go. I felt connected to her almost instantly and knew I had chosen the right person for me. I cannot wait until my third session.
