I've been having therapy with Sharon for four months after I had a marriage breakdown followed by an affair and it's been so helpful. We have worked through my feelings of guilt and helped me to understand why everything happened the way it did in a non-judgemental way. The sessions have definitely helped me get through a really difficult time and because I've been able to process everything so much better with Sharon's help, it's definitely helped to get my marriage back on track. Thank you so much Sharon!

Coming from a family extremely skeptical about therapy, it took me a while before asking for qualified help. I was dealing with some personal issues and felt drained of energy, trapped in a toxic state of mind, and felt like I had no way out of that situation. I began my sessions with Sharon, and I felt I was in a safe and trustful environment from the start. Five months passed, and I can say that her calmness, attention to detail, ability to pinpoint the root of the problems, and then patiently working with me on finding the solutions to those problems, had a big positive impact on my general state of mind. Every aspect of my life significantly improved, and my self-confidence grew a lot. I wish to say a big thank you to her for all that and I sincerely recommend her to other people in need of therapy!

I am a psychotherapist, I have studied to masters level and had 10 years of personal therapy. I have written 5 books on my journey (looking to publish 2023) to inspire others to look inwards to build self-awareness so any stuck emotions and restrictive thoughts can be understood. This process facilitates healing and individuals can become master of self by understanding survival modes. I have 7 years working as a psychotherapist. I work with clients from all ages and ethnicity. I am an expert in relational dynamics, sexual, emotional and physical abuse, narcissistic abuse and behaviour, infidelity and depression. I have worked with clients presenting many other issues and addictions.

My therapy style is authentic, warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion as we all have a story and everyone's story is important. I don't believe in applying limiting labels we are all human so we can learn, grow, heal and change.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic working within narrative therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes strength and courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change, however from my own process and looking back, it's more difficult to stay stuck, emotionally and mentally limited. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Sharon’s vast experience shines through in every second you spend with her. Every word, and every silence. Every insight, and every pause for you to realise your own insight. I am someone who already has worked on myself to a high level, and have done an exceptional amount of self reflection. Working with Sharon has served to continually reflect on that, reassess, re-establish, reconsider, push, elevate. Challenge. Gently or firmly. If you are ready to be challenged, to challenge yourself, to sit in your discomfort knowing that’s what you must do in order to grow…then working with Sharon is going to be absolutely incredible. A phenomenal woman I am so grateful for the opportunity to speak to, learn from, laugh with, but most importantly - to grow and learn. If every day is already school day for you (as it should be!) then working with Sharon for me has been that next step up - you’ve brought your own pencil to class you’ve done the reading and now it’s time to do the work. Are you ready? You won’t regret it. Trust.

I've worked with Sharon for a few months now and can say she has redeemed the idea of therapy for me. Sharon is really great at helping you to break down issues from her own life experience but also years of knowledge and it shows in her technique. She teaches useful methods of emotional processing and focuses her help on where you wish to work. I really recommend working with Sharon

Sharon has helped me reflect on situations through a different lens. I have a greater understanding of myself and more self compassion now from my sessions with Sharon. Her calm aura and personable nature makes it easy to chat to her.

Sharon is a caring therapist who listens carefully to get to the core of any issues I am having. She offers support but also asks me to consider my own responses and decide if I’ve approached things in a balanced way. She is particularly good at reviewing my journal entries and helping me to identify the thoughts and feelings I’m having in each situation. I would highly recommend Sharon as a therapist and am very appreciative of her support.

Reviewed August 2022

Sharon is kind, open and provides space for you to talk comfortably, she is also very insightful and often asks questions or offers suggestions which you may have avoided asking yourself. In the short time she has been my therapist I’ve really felt myself opening up and discovering myself much more. She is approachable and down to earth but it’s obvious that she carries a wealth of experience and intelligence. I’d highly recommend her to others!
