Thinking about starting therapy can feel daunting — but you don’t have to take that step alone.

One of the most important parts of beginning therapy is finding someone you feel safe with. Someone you can trust, who listens without judgment, and who creates a space where you can just be yourself.

That’s what I aim to offer. A calm, confidential environment where you can talk freely and feel truly heard.

I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), which means I work within a trusted ethical framework designed to protect and support you. My approach is always gentle, respectful, and centred around you — your pace, your needs, your story.

Alongside my private practice, I also work with two UK charities. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through organisations such as Age Concern, AXA Health, MindWorks, and the Wandsworth Bereavement Counselling Service (NHS). This experience has helped me work with people facing all sorts of life’s challenges, from many different walks of life.

I’m trained in both person-centred and psychodynamic therapy. This means we can explore what’s going on for you now, while also gently looking at past experiences that may still be affecting how you feel today.

If you’re thinking about taking that first step, I’d be happy to talk things through.

You’re very welcome to get in touch whenever you feel ready.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
