Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I’ve always been fearful of therapy and being judged for my past experiences or mindset. John does an amazing job bringing a comforting, respectful, and active change mindset to the table. I already feel myself having deeper introspective thoughts and analyzing myself more. Highly recommend him for anyone who feels they want to take their life in a new, positive thinking and acting direction. He’s a great listener with even greater advice.

John is a fantastic therapist; when I talk to him about my issues and concerns, he allows me to have that safe space to open up without feeling judged. He also is excellent at helping me focus on building accountability with my partner because of the homework and worksheets he gives me so that I can check in with him and rebuilding my relatiopnship.

Reviewed September 2022

John knows what someone needs to hear to find confidence in themselves again, and knows exactly when you need someone to ask how you are when nobody else will.
