Kate has a very relaxed manner and feels very approachable. She gives me the space I need to vent when required and reflects back in a way so I can re-think. I really feel the sessions are beneficial and get lots from them, Thanks Kate.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the National Counselling society. I have experience with a range of issues such as relationship difficulties, self-harm, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and I specialise in bereavement and loss. I have been a volunteer with Cruse bereavement for over 3 years.

My therapy style is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings freely.

My approach combines Person-centred, Psychodynamic and Existential. My main approach is Person-centred which means you, the client, is in the centre of our work together. It will be at your pace and you can bring any issues you choose to our sessions.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Kate is fantastic! She is so great at listening (and can easily follow my twists and turns as I speak) and allows me to just convey what I need to say at my own pace. She doesn't rush me, but allows me to find answers under my own steam. Highly recommended.

Kate is so patient with me! She really took the time to listen and guide me through many complex issues. Still working through them and building a relationship that I can trust to speak freely and know I’m safe, is new for me and I’m so glad I finally took the step to heal my traumas. I’m feeling better today and can speak to her anytime on journal, and she is super quick responding. No judgement, just listening and acknowledging what she heard, is all a really needed. Highly recommend her. Cheers
