Michelle is thoughtful, insightful, and has an ability to fill in the blanks that I leave in our conversations perfectly. She has a gentle, supportive way of getting things out of my head that I wasn't aware were in there, and manages to ensure I have a support mechanism in place to deal with those things once out. I feel confident in her abilities and feel that she has impacted my life immeasurably in a relatively short space of time. Plus she has an incredibly soothing voice.
