I'm a man who writes few words but can talk your ear off if you let me. It's a very good thing that I have Blythe to talk to. No only does she listens but also reminds you that your not alone in this struggle. She has helped me see things about myself that I never realized I did and don't be to hard on myself. She has been a God send to me and I hope she can continue helping everyone with their lives.

My therapist is astonishing and phenomenal. She sets the tone of a no judgment zone. Which makes me feel comfortable to really express myself and pour my heart out without fear. With therapy I’ve learned different ways to approach certain situations. I’ve also learned that BOUNDARIES are important and much needed in my everyday life, it feels great to so no and not feel guilty about it.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
