I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor based in the UK and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, loss, and bereavement.
My therapy style is warm and friendly and I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the client and counsellor is key to a successful outcome. Because of this, my approach combines cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy, and mindfulness. All clients are unique, and treatment plans are individual depending on their presenting issues.
I hold a 2:1 degree in psychology from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Health Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University. I am a qualified counsellor with levels 4 and 5 CPCAB qualifications, I am also a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP) (membership no - 00929598), currently working towards accreditation.
I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Sarah was great. I felt comfortable from the first session. She always made me feel understood, heart-warming. I left therapy as a stronger person, feeling more in balance, empowered, and lighter. Thank you Sarah
Sarah really helped me through a tough time. She gave me very good suggestions and I thought the sessions were really worth while.
Really thoughtful and a great listener. Sarah strikes an elegant balance of being very attentive to what I have to say with offering ideas on how I can work through certain issues. She has truely been a Joy to talk to.
