Joanna has been attentive and understands all my issues. She encourages and believes in people’s capability to be better. If one way did not work, she’ll suggest a few more that caters to the situation! This ensures me that she is a great therapist

I needed help during my first months of pregnancy, because my world was changing and things became too much and very confusing. I had a therapist before but he was a man and didn't work online. Better Help chose the best person I could imagine for my specifications and I could get help even on days when I couldn't leave the couch. Jo is so kind and non-judgemental, that I felt a lot of trust to share my inner world very openly from the very beginning. My baby is developing in a much calmer environment thanks to Jo. She is a therapist for both of us. :)

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I’ve had one session with jo & a few messages inbetween and I have a lot of confidence in her. She is taking her time with me and is happy to do my sessions via chat as I struggle to verbally speak about things. She has pointed out a few options I have with work sheets etc to help with some of my issues & concerns. I’m a ver closed off person but I feel comfortable speaking to jo about my history & past traumas etc. Definitely hoping for a good future & with the help of jo I believe it’s possible! I would highly recommend jo to anyone who is struggling esp if you struggle to verbally say things out loud.
