Sometimes life can be overwhelming , worries and anxieties inhibit our daily life. Whether it be present or past issues making our everyday become more challenging, I can offer you a safe place where you can explore your emotions and thoughts without being judged or advised. A place where you will be listened to and heard. I believe that by exploring why we feel or react a certain way, or why we keep making the same choices, we can become more aware and understanding of ourselves allowing for growth and change.

My work is client led and I work upon each clients individual needs. Counselling gives you a time that is just for you, a place to reflect on what is going on for you in your life, a space to be heard.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
