My name is Kadija Taha. I am an integrative counsellor and I also specialise in bereavement counselling. I am a compassionate and genuine counsellor, with an empathic understanding that inspires me to help and support people with different kinds of problems. I offer a quiet, relaxing and peaceful therapy, with a warm and non-judgemental approach, for clients to have the ability to express themselves freely and feel heard and treated confidentially.

Some of the problems that I help people with, includes anxiety, fear, depression, phobia, relationships, couples, separation, bereavement and more.

I also like helping and supporting LGBTQ people with whatever problems they may have, so that they can live a comfortable and fulfilling life.

To ensure I meet my clients needs, I use a variety of theories such as, CBT, Psychodynamic, Person Centered approach, which is part of the humanistic approach and more. I also use a variety of bereavement models to help people grieving the loss of their loved ones. Additionally, as an experience Islamic counsellor, I use my Islamic counselling expertise to help and support, not only people of the Islamic faith, but open to anyone who feels to try something new, peaceful and relaxing, as that's what it's all about.

Moreover, in my counselling work, I have met people of all age groups and backgrounds, and that has enriched my cultural views of the world and it's people. For that, I am very grateful, as I have worked successfully with different people from various countries across the world. Helping and supporting people is something that I have always done, as far as I could remember.

Furthermore, putting together all my life experiences and how I swam out of the deep blue ocean without drowning; I think it would be a privilege for everyone that happens to chose me as their counsellor, because I have all the relevant resources to help clients overcome their problems and see life and the world in a positive perspective. Thanks very much for requesting my service.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
