Sue has been massively helpful to me on what has been quite a rough journey. As someone who was apprehensive about talk therapy and exploring my fears and deeper emotions - Sue is someone who truly does not judge and genuinely says the right things and often what I need to hear without being overwhelming, pressurising or undermining. Would recommend Sue to anyone who just needs a helpful ear and someone to care.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Sue has been so lovely and taught me really helpful skills to deal with some issues I’ve been facing. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
I would say there’s a « before me » and an « after me » after having done therapy for a year with Susan. In an extremely professional manner, she has helped me find my own answers and given me the tools to be able to keep searching for them for the rest of my life, on my own. She knows how to exactly pinpoint the main problems one can point out during the discussion, and she addresses them in a manner that makes you feel listened to and understood. She also has a very soothing, calming and friendly speaking manner that makes you feel safe expressing your own biggest fears. I couldn’t recommend Susan more, thank you for the past year and all the knowledge gained.
Sue has been my therapist for 3 months now and I genuinely could not recommend her enough. I've tried counselling a number of times in the past and have never clicked with the right therapist. Sue has an extremely welcoming and friendly nature and she has made me feel comfortable enough to open up and discuss issues which would usually be very difficult to speak about. Sue has helped me with many aspects of my life but primarily she has guided me through managing my emotions effectively which has been hugely beneficial. Each session completed felt rewarding and I always came away from sessions feeling better in myself and looking forward to the next. Sue is a brilliant therapist. I can't thank you enough for all your help Sue, it has had such positive impact on my life!
I’ve had Susan as my therapist for the past 2 months and she’s completely changed my life already! Having had 2 lots of therapy before, I felt completely useless and that my problems would never be resolved. Susan has been a friendly face and a comfort blanket every week for me, guiding me through my troubles. The best thing about Susan is that I never felt like she was judging me, as most therapists tend to make me feel. I felt like I could say whatever I wanted and she would always listen with a non-judgemental approach but also reassure me that a lot of people have these thoughts and I’m not alone! I may not have resolved everything, because life is a work in progress but Susan has set me up to overcome a lot of things and get on track to a better mental health to enjoy life more. I’ll certainly be coming back for some check-ins as and when needed. I highly recommend Susan for anything around anxiety and OCD, especially if you’re sick of therapists pulling apart your childhood - Susan is a breath of fresh air!
