I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor licensed in United Kingdom. I started my journey in 2013 and have huge experiences working with clients. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as; Trauma, Bereavement, depression, anxiety, marital and relationships issues, identity, Abuse, cultural conflict, racism and so on.

My way of working is warm, nonjudgmental and interactive. My clients are multicultural and I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion, and creating non-judgemental, secure space for individuals. Where they feel comfortable and willing to explore their issues in deeper level therefore, creating a safe space is very important in therapy.

My approach combines Humanistic, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, existential, attachment. In therapy each individual is unique and have their on specific needs therefore, I will try my best to tailor the plan accordingly.

I offer therapy in various languages such as; English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi. I have experience working with different cultural backgrounds such as, south asians, middle eastern, European, American, British and so on.
