I am an integrative therapist with experience in areas such as CBT, person centred and the psychodynamic approach. Working this way allows me to really understand what might be creating or causing a block for clients.

I believe that my approach is one that is transparent and my main aim is to join you both on your journey to strengthen and improve your relationship, supporting you to reach the destination you both long for.

I am privileged to be part of your journey and I look forward to meeting with both of you.

Ms Rudmann is exellent in her way of balancing listening and advising. My thoughts are very unstructured but she manages to still extract the key points and work with me on that. I really love the fact that she offers exercises to do between the sessions, so that i can work on my progress in between as well.

I’ve only had one session so far with Kerry but I immediately felt comfortable talking to her . She really seems to understand my issues and is offering me some really helpful advise . I feel lucky to have found a therapist , and I’ve had loads , who seems to be on the same wavelength . Kerry is easy to talk to and most importantly she really listens to me .
