Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I’ve only been with Joanne a few weeks, however since starting better help over 2 months ago, I’ve felt more improvement mentally these past two weeks with Joanne that I have with any other therapist. She is so kind and talkative, she knows what to say to make you feel better and helps you self reflect on your own behaviours to help clients recognise there behaviours. She is amazing! I’ve already recommended her to my parents for my little sister who struggles with Autism.

The best therapist I've ever had, it definitely helped that I understood what I needed from therapy before I matched with her but also the support she provides and the care she gives is amazing. Very grateful for her

I came to Jo when I was at my absolute worst. Her guidance and therapeutic methods have changed my life. I am so greatful for her and everything she has done. She works with her clients needs and is able to adapt the way she uses her methods specifically to the individual. She is an excellent and therapist and I cannot recommend her enough. I do think she is able to work with most people, so if you are looking for an experienced, kind and compassion therapist then go for her. As you can tell that she genuinely wants to help people and has the ability and skill to do so. I have changed alot of therapists till I finally found her. All in all 5 stars and I have never given 5 stars to anyone or written a review for anything!
