I came to Betterhelp for the first time for an issue that at the time, seemed miniscule to me- my love life. But the fact is, it takes up an immense part of our lives as social beings. Amanda spoke to me in depth with kindness and resilience about my history, understood what my triggers were and helped me pave a path of what i want romantic relationships to look like. I do love how she is attentive, patient centered, straight to the point, a great listener, knows how to present perspectives without giving her own opinion, and she is also funny. I saw a change working within myself after the first day I met with her.

Amanda is a wonderful listener, and highly engaging. I've not only learnt a lot but also enjoyed my first time trying therapy. It was easy to talk and I was given new things to think about that I hadn't considered before.
