My name is Rebecca and I am a UK based registered therapist.
I am trained in the humanistic approach and since my initial training I have added to my skills and now work in an integrative way. This means I use many skills, tools and techniques, combining a humanistic approach with other approaches such as compassion focused therapy, CBT, ERP and somatic experiencing ( using the body to calm the nervous system, helping to calm the mind and process emotions)
In other words I can tailor each session to the client's needs, using many tools and techniques.
My clients have had a wide range of concerns, however I have a particuar interest in helping those with anxiety, stress, grief, chronic pain conditions, phobias and trauma, which can impact their daily life, their relationships and career.
I am open, supportive, very informal, warm, friendly and sessions are intereactive, which means we figure things out together. I will support, guide and help you as you navigate, uncover and process your feelings, thoughts and insights.
I will offer you a safe, warm and non-judgemental space. I believe genuine human connection is key in therapy.
I have helped many clients within my practice and it is truly incredible to see how their life can change for the better when they can 'unpack' with someone they can trust and feel empowered, heard and seen.
I believe everyone can make helpful and positive changes in their life, given the right envionment where they are accepted fully.
It isn't easy to start therapy , it takes bravery, but if you feel ready to start this journey, I will support you along the way.
I look forward to working with you and seeing you achieving your therapy goals.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I like the experience here and the way you are helping me through my journey
She’s such a lovely person, really connects with you on a level that doesn’t make you feel like you’re talking to a lab coat. But she has such amazing advice and insight
When I first started therapy I wasn’t sure if it would work for me and I can now say it changed my life. Rebecca provides a welcoming, warm, and kind environment to allow a safe space to share. Rebecca helped me work through childhood and relationship traumas, and has helped me build a toolset to tackle future things that come me way. She is worth her weight in gold.
Rebecca is very kind, listening and really tries to help. With her help I've managed to uncover some childhood issues/traumas which I now understand both at an intellectual and emotional level. I'm really grateful that she was my therapist for 5 months. I now look at my problems in a very different way. Thank you Rebecca!
I have never had therapy before so was very nervous but I have really enjoyed my sessions with Rebecca. She is such a lovely kind and caring person. I feel like she genuinely cares about you and how you are feeling. I feel I can speak to her about anything and she is very helpful and helps me understand how I’m feeling.
Rebecca has been absolutely fantastic from the start. I had never had therapy before and was extremely nervous about starting this journey. Rebecca has been kind, compassionate and more importantly patient, taking everything at my pace making me feel comfortable and in control. Rebecca has been reliable and always followed up on anything we agreed as well as giving me lots of information so I could fully understand the way I was feeling. I have definitely felt in safe hands, thank you Rebecca
Rebecca is a warm and nice person who I feel really tries to help me, which I greatly appreciate.
Rebecca has been so amazing with me over all of our sessions, she really helped me open up and it I felt like I was in really supportive hands. I feel so much happier compared to when I first came to her in the first place and she was just lovely to speak to. She has shown such an interest in all aspects of my own issues, and was so helpful as we spoke through them. :)
I had never tried therapy before, but Rebecca was very kind and empathetic, which made me feel at ease. Throughout the process I feel like she genuinely cared. Rebecca helped to reframe my thoughts and gave me techniques for coping with social anxiety, which I have already been using with great success. Thank you Rebecca!
Rebecca is great at what she does and sessions with her have been really beneficial for me. She has changed the way that I think about a lot of things and I have been able to talk to her about things that I’ve never been able to talk about with anyone
I have really enjoyed my sessions with Rebecca and have learnt a lot about myself and life through the process. Rebecca has been friendly, intelligent and knowledgeable but above all really kind. I have seen my mood improve significantly and am now taking part in many more activities which I have not done since the trauma. Just having the confidence that I am now on a path of self-improvement is a massive positive change for me. Thank you so much!
My therapist is lovely, I feel she's invested in helping. She's compassionate, kind and has great insights. I feel fortunate to have been matched with a therapist such as her.
Rebecca is such a warm and kind person, she has helped and listened to me so much from the beginning and I really appreciate her being my therapist.
