Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Elisha is wonderful! She is understanding as well as professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She is a great therapist and I am so glad to have her in my corner.
She is a really great listener and always gives her understanding of the help professionally. I’m a couple weeks in and aside from most therapists, she’s been able to show the most empathetic support and it’s always nice to have video sessions with her. She has helped me through my personal issues with break-up, family issues, self-love, and many others and talking to her really feels like your talking to the one you always seek for when it comes to emotional support/help.
She really takes the time to listen to what’l your struggling with the most and she makes you feel so comfortable like you are talking to a friend that gives great advice instead of just a stranger. She helps you focus on what’s most important.
She was direct and to the point about issues I was having and helped me see a way through very quickly
Hands down one of the absolute best therapist I have ever been to , and trust me I have been to plenty. She was also very responsive to answering my messages. And would also message me in between live sessions to check on me. Empathetic and gives best comments when needed.
Elisha is very kind and a good listener. I asked her for suggestions on dealing with anger when I am stressed and overwhelmed, and she was able to provide me with several references to use. I would recommend her to other people struggling within relationships or with their family dynamics.
Elisha is professional and easy to speak with.
Being matched with Elisha Baker has been incredible! Thankful for this service! Highly recommend
Elisha provides feedback that challenges my thoughts about my reality. She has really helped to give me support and provided me outlets to build my self esteem. I feel I can always look forward to a motivating, inspiring, and considerate message from her.
Instantly relatable and understanding. She is such a great match.
I feel like Ms. Baker is very educated in her field. I feel confident in explaining how I feel and her responses to what I tell her.
Elisha is very compassionate and understanding of problems in my life. Also has good understanding of how the brain works and why we think the way we do as humans
Elisha is “real” and she makes it comfortable, kind of like you are talking to a friend who gives the best advice and gives you tools to be your best you!
Best therapist I've ever had. I was going to end my membership with betterhelp before being matched with her. She has been so helpful in such a short amount of time, fairly quick responses and just all around a seemingly great human being. The analogies she uses, the way she speaks, the way she listens and tries to find solutions. Amazing therapist
I feel I have a good connection with Elisha!

She is very understanding and very good at making things clear even when they seem fogged. I respect her and her presence is very heartfelt. I’m glad to have landed such an amazing person and will forever be grateful for the help that she provides and the support that lasts a lifetime.
So far she’s seems like a great therapist
