Among many other positive qualities he’s a very good listener and is a very perceptive person. I’ve appreciated his support over the time we’ve worked together, and I feel I’ve see some positive change in my daily life that can be attributed to topics we’ve worked through in our sessions. Thank you

Joggs has helped me a lot with my anxiety and fear of flying. After 2-3 sessions, I was able to identify my core issues and face the dreaded 13 hour flight that I have been putting off for months. He is understanding but at the same time allows me to see an alternative perspective that facilitates a growth mindset. I am still currently seeing him weekly and would recommend him as a therapist to anybody who experiences anxiety or depression.

Every person is unique, experiencing an individual journey that sometimes can become difficult to navigate.
We can lose our way and the challenges and obstacles we face are hard to negotiate alone.
I am available to assist and support you on your personal journey, offering a secure and non-judgemental space to reflect and explore experiences, associated feelings and behaviours from where personal growth can occur.
I have practiced as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 6 years having qualified for a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2016.
I have experience working with a very wide range of presenting issues for clients on NHS referrals through to private clients. This work ranges from generalised anxiety disorder through to very specific deep-rooted trauma, conscious and unconscious, from early childhood to the here and now.
I work using an Integrative modality with individual adults of a wide variety of differing culture, age, class and circumstances.
The nature of the integrative model of psychotherapy that I practise allows me to employ various theoretical techniques and disciplines to offer a personal approach that recognises the uniqueness of the individual themselves
The value and integrity of the client/counselor relationship is key in my approach and within that the maintenance of ethical practice, confidentiality and principles of equality, diversity and individuality. I am a registered member of the BACP and hold full professional insurance and DBS certificate.
My longer career history has involved working for 30 years in Entertainment PR and Communications . Whilst my background may offer a natural understanding of the creative and corporate individual, I have deliberately trained in an experiential, integrative model and within agency settings that have provided clients from hugely diverse backgrounds of culture, class and ethnicity. I believe these equally differing experiences inform my offering as a counsellor and psychotherapist.
I hope I may be of assistance to you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Joggs has helped me explore my mind and life with nothing but professionalism, thoughtful questioning and skillful but subtle navigation through each of our sessions. It is easy to be fully open with Joggs and I look forward to every one of my sessions with him. There are often at least one or two nuggets that come out of it, to help me develop more self awareness and understanding in my life.
Jorund has to help me understand where my triggers come from and how to understand myself better to have a better life quality and quality relationships in my life.
I am starting to look at my actions/response to my family, my life, with a different perspective.
