Chantell has been absolutely amazing as my therapist for the last year and a half. She has been the non-judgemental, supporting, soundboard that I was looking for in therapy as I was dubious about joining initially. From day 1 I have felt heard and seen in a way that has led to me seeing myself in a different light. It is quite remarkable how Chantell accurately inserts herself at key points to help me think and provide a perspective which often focuses on what I need for myself. Her presence has helped me transform myself; I have more awareness of my own pitfalls and have started to insert a pause before I react or revert back to old habits, I have made so much progress with my comfort eating habits and managing my own meltdowns. I have learned to be more present in daily life and less dopamine seeking, less focused on worrying about the future/what I don't have, am learning to manage my neurodivergent needs, and finding ways to help 'fill my children's cups' with connection and quality time. I look forward to reaching a moment where I feel confident enough to handle life on my terms without support soon.

Chantell is always available to contact and will almost always reply in a few hours, even on the weekend. My weekly calls are always well structured, and she ensures to remember items that have been discussed in the previous weeks to see how they are developing.

I appreciate taking the first step can be daunting and potentially scary, as an integrative psychotherapist I will provide a safe space to explore your feelings, free of judgement and in complete confidence. Sessions are taken at your own pace and the time is there just for you.

I work on a holistic basis, allowing each person the time to explore their feelings in the moment. As my approach is integrative, I use Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and CBT approaches.

Having worked within a large corporate environment as a coach, I have learnt the importance of personal development and self-esteem building. I will support and encourage your in your own personal journeys and will help you identify your own strengths.

I initially trained at the Norwich School of Art and Design and love art, which can be incorporated as part of your therapeutic journey. I am a qualified Reiki Master, with many years’ experience behind me and I am qualified as a clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

A great therapist who knows when to give space to talk freely and provides timely accurate responses which makes you pause reflectively about your life. She has a great knack to listen and ask subtle thought provoking questions yet can help you guide yourself carefully without feeling overwhelmed. Your presence in my life in 5 months has transformed me to break conditioned cycles of behaviour, thought processes and see myself through a clearer lens. Chantell takes away the perceived stigma of therapy as you are completely relaxed and at ease throughout her sessions and never made to feel you're talking to a stranger.
