Susan, you are respectful, you listen and summarise back and check in that you’ve understood. You are professional always and I enjoy the reading material you send. Thank you for caring and for listening, for understanding what I’m trying to say when I’m unable to fully find the words.

Susan created a safe space for me to be able to open up and share. She’s understanding and caring. Feel comfortable to talk to her and she’s non judgmental.

I am a registered therapeutic counsellor and i have been training and working in the counselling field since 2014. I am passionate about delivering client centered support that empowers individuals and enables them to make informed decisions to help them move forward in their lives.

My counselling approach is rooted in the belief that the client is ultimately the expert in their own lives, and to facilitate this we will work as a partnership throughout. The space will be one of no judgment, empathy and with a non directive approach. The emphasis will be to work in the here and now, keeping in mind that past events can be triggered by present events.

I work with the whole person, this would include exploring belief systems, examining self-beliefs and whether they remain true today. The impact of the world we live in and how this connects to the presenting issues and beyond

I am here to support you towards making the first brave step towards change.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Susan is patient and listens, she gives me space to process my feelings especially if I’m tearful. She responds to my journal eateries and has reflected on it. At the moment therapy is helping me.

Reviewed January 2024

Susan was a great therapist, she listened to my concerns and was quick to respond to all my queries I would strongly reccomend her!

Reviewed August 2023

I feel very supported and having Susan there to talk to is very reassuring. I put off therapy for years because I thought I didn’t have time for it. But I find this so easy to fit around my schedule and without pressure to fit to a timeline except what works for me. Since starting I’ve defiantly felt more positive about things. And encouraged to do the journal something I have refused to do since the age of 11 but this has given me a new perspective of so many things
