I am a fully qualified counsellor and member of the BACP. I work in an integrative way using a range of different modalities and therapies in order to find the right fit for clients. At the core of my work is person centred therapy and sessions will very much be client led, but I also include other modalities such as Trabsactional Analysis (TA), Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where necessary to help challenge unproductive thinking patterns.

At times we will all experience difficult feelings, or face challenges which can leave us feeling confused, troubled, distressed and isolated. These problems can also have an impact on the relationships in our lives. I offer a warm, safe and non judgmental environment where you can explore problems and discuss issues and concerns and where i can help you to facilitate the change you want.

I have worked with clients with a large range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, health anxiety, lack of motivation, self esteem issues, and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse .

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Kerry is an excellent therapist who understands me & offers good practices. She remembers details I shared a long time ago & connects all the dots with me. She helps me to reflect on my values & through tough times without being judgemental, and she helps me to be kinder to myself.

Kerry is very supportive and reassuring. She listens to whatever you have to say and responds appropriately and in a timely manner to messages. She is very caring and goes through everything thoroughly and unpacks everything you've said. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders after every session.
