It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. I find talking to Chris helps me collect my thoughts and understand my situation better

Chris has been there for me whenever I needed it. He made sure to read my journal entries and responded to them in time. He is a great listener. Occasionally, he also made time on short notice (when I felt very bad). He helped me a lot to unwind my many emotions and work with my anxiety. Whatever I feel like sharing he works with. When I have a lot of things happening around me, he helps me to stay focussed on one thing and try to understand how I feel about it, before rushing to the next thing that happened. This helps me to be less anxious about many things at the same time. I like when we go back in time to talk about when I felt secure and happy as a child, and to take this feeling with me to the present. I can recommend working with Chris.

Chris has helped me with my personal growth. He has helped me to overcome a difficult period in my life and I now feel like I am more able to deal with future challenges. Chris is very good at understanding my issues and is able to show me other perspectives that I would had otherwise not have thought of or considered. I feel confident in myself now thanks to the sessions I have had with Chris. Chris is always responsive and punctual. I am glad I have met Chris and engaged in therapy sessions with him because it has definitely shifted my ways of thinking and attitude towards life into a much more positive light. I would highly recommend Chris as a therapist!

I feel very lucky to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate professional as Chris. When I decided to re-start therapy, I was incredibly hesitant. I was dubious of how the interaction would function as opposed to traditional, in-person sessions. However, I have been more than pleased. Chris is incredibly sincere and attentive during our talks. He is obviously incredibly informed in the art and science of psychology. However, it is his compassion and understanding that set him apart. While many therapists can be sterile and protective, Chris is an active participant in the endeavor. His insight and thoughtfulness has made this process very successful. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who may be looking for help.

I have been seeing Chris over the last few months, and he has been a great help. In our sessions, we covered many areas including but not limited to: insecurities, anxieties, attitudes to sex, and anger. What I enjoyed about Chris's approach was his adaptability from session to session. This extends beyond simply switching the weekly topic. Chris would make sure that each session was tailored to what I wanted to get out of it. Sometimes acting more like a listener, sometimes giving me some actionable advice to apply to my life. Overall Chris is friendly, attentive, and knowledgable, and I would highly recommend his services.

Chris has helped me out of a slump. I was feeling very low and had little self esteem. But after talking to Chris I was able to realise that I had no reason to feel this way anymore. Chris helped me to regain my self confidence and helped me to enjoy the various elements of my life once again. He is very good at pinpointing the things that were bothering me most and dealing with them in an empathetic and effective way. I am very grateful that I reached out to him when I did.

Chris continues to be a great listener and is acting as a good platform to develop effective strategies that will help me to control my impulses.
