Christine is an amazing therapist, an attentive listener, and a professional who was always able to offer me thoughtful and different perspectives to help me see things in new ways. It is through speaking and discussing with Christine that in these last few months I've managed to turn my life around, from feeling down to truly thriving. More about Christine

Hi I am Christine, I am a BACP registered therapeutic counsellor, and I am based in Lincolnshire in England. I have undertaken extensive online therapy training in order to give the best service to my clients. I have worked within the NHS, in a social care setting and with individuals with physical disabilities, in the armed forces and their families.

My training is of a person-centred background, which means that I believe that every person is unique. No two people's experiences are the same, which is why paying attention to you as a person, seeing how you experience your world and the challenges you face is my priority. We can work together to find the right way of facing these difficulties and move forward in a way that feels right to you. I will sit with you, listen to what you are experiencing, and together we will make a plan to structure your sessions with me and how we communicate, to your needs in order to be able get you on the way to feeling better. It is important to find a place where you can build trust, belonging and stability. If you feel you would like to explore working with me please get in touch.

If you require evening appointments please message me and I can give you my availability. Due to the demand of these sessions I have to manage these in my diary.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I have been working with Christine for about 7 months and she has helped me in so many ways, she is extremely considerate, compassionate, supportive and really understands how best to help me work through any problems or process things in the best way that I need. Not only does she really listen, she also provides me with resources outside of our sessions to help me even further, and keeps in regular and consistent contact with me. Through our sessions Christine has helped me to develop so much in just 7 months, and I’m sure I will continue to do so even more, I would definitely recommend her sessions to anyone.
