She gives me a LOT of motivation to do better, to heal, to look forward to things. She helps me control the flow of the session sometimes and we uncover alot of things I would have never thought to talk about. She's great!

I trained as a counsellor after having taught adults, teenagers and children for many years. Throughout this time, I witnessed how a lack of mental health support impacted on people's lives - both my students and my colleagues. It is this lack of support that brought me to counselling as a second career. I believe that good, quality counselling can change people's lives - it can help to heal wounds from childhood, change perspectives and outlooks on life, bring greater understanding to one's own personality, beliefs and actions, and much more.
When you come to me you can expect a warm, non-judgemental approach, always putting you in control of the session. I use an integrative approach, combining cognitive behaviour therapy, solution based counselling, gestalt therapy and person-centred therapy. If you need to just talk, I will listen; if you need to change your negative thought patterns, I can guide you through the process and teach you how to challenge those thoughts; if you have a focus in mind, I can tailor the sessions to said focus. I have successfully worked with trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety and phobias, among other things.
If you feel that I may be the right person to help you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Lindsay is fantastic. It was my first ever time seeing a therapist and I'm extremely greatful for Lindsay's help these couple months.
Lindsay is the warm hug I really need every week. She is very kind and she makes me feel safe to really open up about literally anything. I appreciate her attentiveness and calming energy. She matches my state in every session and helps me out in ways that feel doable. She's really great, I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Lindsay is so amazing. I was extremely nervous to commence therapy, but she is so down to earth and calming. She has made me feel incredibly comfortable from our very first contact that now after 3 video calls it has become a part of my week that I now look forward to. I’m already noticing a massive difference with my mindset and overall ability to cope. Thanks Lindsay!
My first time going through therapy, she has been supportive and helpful! Very easy to talk to
Lindsay has been great to work with. She has been very patient and a good listener, able to pick up on even the smallest changes in language and give you the space to think and answer. She has provided some helpful techniques for me to work on and I’ve been gently encouraged and supported to try these things, it’s never felt like I had to do any of those things. Lindsay is also able to share anecdotes and examples from her own experience that helped me understand my own experiences. After just a few weeks, I feel so much better and mentally stronger and able to face things more positively. Thanks Lindsay!
Highly recommend Lindsay Rose. Awesome communication and ideas and tools to try and sort out issues.
I actually just messaged Lindsay myself to say how grateful I am for having her as my therapist. I couldn’t imagine having anyone better - she is an amazing listener, she understands me so well and I feel the connection immediately every time. I’ve been feeling so much better just after 3 sessions with Lindsay, she is super lovely.
Session 2 complete and I feel better connected to the journey than previously. Safe also.
Quickly become my favourite person to talk to, so easy to talk to!
