Very good therapist, he listens and try's to understand as best as he can.
Saif was very helpful and compassionate in helping me to understand better the deeper issues which I was unaware of. He helped me with good visualising of my problems and breaking them down into more simple and digestible chunks. I would definitely recommend him for anyone struggling to understand their feelings and problems.

It was good to talk to someone about the problems I was facing in recent times. I got to know more about myself and my feelings. It was my first time receiving a therapy session and j was not sure what to expect. But it turned out pretty well in the end.
Saifur is an amazing therapist. He is able to create an environment where you can speak freely and feel comfortable, no matter how difficult the problem at hand. His approach to therapy guides you to make a decision you truly believe is right and he reassures you that you are able to face all the obstacles in your life. Within a few sessions of meeting me, he was able to understand my situation fully and he allowed me to rediscover memories I had locked away. He has helped me tremendously and I would definitely recommend that you give therapy with him a try! :)

Saif is an extremely thoughtful and gentle person who also has good expertise in psychology. Not only does he listen but seems to have a great ability to understand quickly what I am going through and help me understand it myself in terms I can relate to and with actionable steps to move forward. He is an empathetic listener with a lot of knowledge. He helped me gain new insights, beyond the things that I was capable of researching myself using google, books, or scientific papers. He always seems absolutely engaged and willing to help. If you think you already know it all, talk to Saifur and he will add some more perspective.
Have had four sessions with Saifur so far. He is very easy to speak to, listens intently and leaves you with something to think about each session throughout the week. I have found these stay with you, and have begun to be used within certain situations I find difficult. His words of support have and will continue to help, forwhich I am very grateful (social anxiety can be like walking through molasses). Everyones journey is a personal one, I endevour to be mindful of that.

Great person with a lot of passion for his profession
Saifur has been brilliant for me. In a short period of time he’s got a great understanding of my issues and mind set. He’s be able to help me address some past issues that I’ve struggled to even understand on my own.
Saifur was my first ever therapist and great reassured me coming into therapy for the first time, took the time to get to know me and my issues and quickly helped get to the heart of my issues to start to work through these together and was always supportive of me. If I had to come back for future counseling I would certainly seek his advice in future.
