Hi, I have been a therapist since 2003 and before that I was a nurse for many years. I have a private practice and have worked with clients with a range of issues including, sexuality, mental health, relationships, gender, grieving, low self confidence, family issues, abuse and sexual abuse,

I offer a safe environment for my clients and will use many different counselling models including, person centred, CBT, Gestalt and others as well. I will treat you as an individual and work with you in a kind and compassionate manner and at the beginning I will answer any questions or doubts you may have.

Counselling sometimes is not easy and takes courage but it gives you a time to be kind to yourself and a time to breath. If you are ready to take that first step I will be here to support you and work with you in going forward.

I look forward to working with you.

Helen has been a great therapist during my journey at BetterHelp, I started with very fragile emotions and not knowing how to move forward in life after a sad breakup and severely heavy workload. She have listened compassionately and shared valuable life insights. She has guided me through self healing, finding my voice and realising my own worth - she did it very gently as I look back on the sessions I had, which was amazing!
