My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I am committed to establishing trust to lay the foundations for you to achieve effective change and growth that you require. My approach is integrative I believe that there is not just one therapeutic approach and will take into account you as an individual.

I understand the importance of finding a counsellor that you can trust and feel comfortable with. It can feel daunting and nerve-racking to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I had some sessions with Ms Debora Gardner. I was down depressed drowning in alcohol because my partner left me taking away our 2 yr old son and 8 yo step daughter: Worse, she’s blocking my contacts with the kids Ms Debora helped me by encouraging me to gradually distance myself from alcohol, inspired me to continue my fight for my son and gave me the hope I needed to continue looking for a bright future as well as to be positive always I wish I could stay longer and have more therapy sessions with Ms Debora Gardner but to get custody of my son via court, I have to arm myself with money I need to save up and with a heavy heart I have to cease my therapy session If you are reading my review, I hope I have erased the doubts in your mind and enrol yourself with Better Help and request the services of the great Ms Debora Gardner, it will be one of the best decisions you have ever made in your entire life!

Debora is fab! So lucky to have found a therapist I clicked with on the first try as with any relationship, it doesn't always work out. I've been singing her praises to everyone around me and recommending the app and therapy to everyone.
