Hello! I am Charlotte (Dip.Couns, MBACP), a Person-Centred, Client Lead, Existential therapist, based in the UK. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

No two people are the same, therefore I draw from a variety of modalities and tailor my work to suit each individual, to ensure I offer the best possible service and a non-judgemental, safe space in which to explore what is bothering you. I have helped many people to work through life issues which have affected their day to day lives, such as anxiety, life changes, work issues, depression and many more, enabling them to move forward and live better lives.

Seeking therapy can be a bit scary, especially if you have never had therapy before, but for a lot of people, taking that first step can be a relief, a feeling of not being alone anymore. I will work at your pace and to your agenda, as you are the expert in your own life, but I will be there to support and gently guide you along the way,

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
