I am a Counselling Practitioner and member of the BACP (UK) with over 17 years of experience. I have trained in addictions, child counselling and domestic violence and throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life who come to me with a wide range of concerns including addiction, low confidence & self esteem, personality disorder, mental health concerns including anxiety and depression, relationship issues and parenting problems. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

I am fundamentally a Person Centred Counsellor whose approach combines CBT, humanistic, motivational & solution focussed and rational-emotive therapy.
