Hi, I find therapy very helpful and have done it once before. Sian is understanding , makes me feel comfortable to share my individual issues and every time I come out of my video call I feel relief, content and am learning to deal with what life throws at me. She is professional and empathic, but will tell you the truth. That is her job and I respect and am grateful for that honesty. I highly recommend her and her genuine interest and concern for helping others.

I’ve worked with Sian for a while now, and she’s always patient and kind, but capable of pushing me to look inward and help me unpack things that come up. I could not recommend her highly enough!

Hello, my name is Sian Llewellyn, I am a Counsellor living and working in Wales. I qualified from Worcester University with a Level 5 FDSc in Person Centred Counselling. I have, since then, gone on to further study and I hold an accredited Diploma in Relationship Counselling and an accredited Diploma in CBT, I also have training/certification in Psychology and Compassion Focused Therapy.
I believe that a happy and healthy life can be achieved through the congruence, the empathy and the support of the person centred therapeutic process. One of my passions is working in private practice. I have met some incredible clients and it means everything to me, to witness transformation and to see their issues diminish.
I have experience of helping clients through many issues, including things like; anxiety and depression, self esteem issues, low self worth, attachment issues, addictive personality traits, relationship / sexual issues, eating disorders and childhood trauma.
If you would like to get in touch, I can guarantee there will be no judgement, just a friendly and supportive therapist who will be able to guide and support you through any crisis.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Sian is very caring and compassionate - exactly the type of therapist I was looking for!
I haven’t even begun to share my full story with Sian. It’s very hard for me to articulate myself and I forget a lot in our sessions. I have never been able to talk very fluently. So I do understand I can be awkward. The ability to add things as journal entries is invaluable to me and Sian always understands. I am glad because I don’t think therapy would work for me if I didn’t have that option. I have much to say from different points in my life, and I am starting to get into the swing of being able to talk now. Sian is very patient and for that I am very grateful. Her suggestions are very helpful.
Although it hasn’t been long since we met, I trust Sian and her expertise! The talks we have are powerful and helpful, and she is incredible at understanding what I want to say, even if sometimes I struggle to do so.
Sian is a great therapist. I feel safe and relaxed with her and my sessions have been a great help so far.
Sian is so great. Always friendly and welcoming. Gently inquisitive when I need it and a good listener even when I’m ranting a bit senselessly. She’s very capable of being “on my side” or calling me into conversation about something I might need to reflect more about. She’s got helpful insights, and helps me find them on my own without doling out any Great Wisdoms from a high horse. She’s a very real person, someone who understands the frailties of human nature in me and the people I talk about, as well as helping me address my Stuff and expect fair treatment from others. I could not sing her praises highly enough, I recommend her whole heartedly.
Sian is compassionate and a great listener. She asks astute questions and also showed a lot of patience in respect to my boundaries. I recommend her highly!
I've found a kindred spirit in Sian that truly understands me and my needs. She has been the greatest of support on the path of life I'm walking. I never expected a therapist to be able to help me like she did. Wonderful person, I'll continue with her for as long as she's willing to.
Sian is a really easy person to talk to, super friendly, empathetic and helpful. If you’re looking for a supportiveness and understanding within therapy, get in touch with Sian.
Sian is fantastic. Always supportive and thought-provoking, her lovely calm voice helps me reflect on every problem. Very understanding and professional, without being cold or cliche at all. Just a friendly and compassionate voice on the other end of the telephone who helps me help myself. 10/10 would recommend.
Sian is a lovely person she listens without judgement and teaches me so much about myself that I didn’t know. She is very good at her job and I feel like she cares a lot. Talking to Sian has been a great weight lifted off my shoulders.
Sian is a wonderful therapist and I would recommend her to anyone. She always listens and absorbs what I have to say and I feel very comfortable with her
