Beginning therapy with Sherylann is one of the most valuable things I've ever done. Her attentive and honest insight has helped me immeasurably and she's given me genuinely effective advice that instantly improved my interactions with other people. I feel more confident and in control of my feelings than I ever have. She picked up on tiny changes in my demeanour and showed genuine care and attention to what I had to say, even if it meant overrunning. I can't thank her enough for her help.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Sherylann has been incredible. Whenever it was time to begin my session I always looked forward to it. I felt comfortable in her presence and I always felt heard and understood which was exactly what I needed. She has looked out for me even outside of our therapy sessions by helping me set goals. She has provided me with worksheets that I will definietly implement into my daily life. I cannot wait to continue working with her and anyone who happens to work with Sherylann will not regret it! I am thankful for everything she has done for me :) We have done work addressing stress management strategies and some worksheets on how to set healthy boundaries within a relationship. I am beyond grateful for all the hard work she has put!
