Cynthia has been incredible. From the very first meeting, she put me instantly at ease and made me comfortable. I have been able to open up to her and begin making active steps towards bettering myself. She has allowed me to be introspective and given me tools to start making changes. She identified things about myself that I didn’t realise, the first session was super detailed with her asking me every question imaginable, and outlining what I wanted to get out of therapy, as well as what the action plans can be. I truly recommend her as a therapist. She is a breath of fresh air and I look forward to our weekly meetings instead of dreading them like I was expecting.

I love Cynthia! She has a great sense of humour and actually makes therapy feel fun! I truly look forward to our sessions because a) I know I'm going to laugh and b) I feel like I'm making genuine progress. I love the way Cynthia helps me to articulate where I'm stuck and then offers me new ways of seeing what the block is. She gets you to find the answers for yourself but she's also not afraid to call you out when you need to check yourself. I've really appreciated her non-judgemental approach, especially recently. I can't recommend her enough. I feel really lucky to have found such a good therapist!

I came to Cynthia with some childhood trauma problems and she's been so helpful. She helped me understand my past problems and kept the focus on working on my present self, which I think is a great, healthy approach. Cynthia is knowledgeable and professional, she's very accommodating to my needs and I love that we can laugh together here and there during our sessions - it makes me feel safe and eager for future sessions & improvements, without any pressure. She left safe space for silence and thinking and asked me what I was thinking, I liked that. She also gave light "homework" to keep me going during the week. This was my first time using BetterHelp and Cynthia was the first therapist I worked with on here, and I love the experience. Would recommend Cynthia to anybody in a heartbeat.

Cynthia has been such an amazing help to me over the past nearly 3 months! My sessions have been so useful and I've taken her guidance from her sessions and applied it to my days going forward. She is so lovely and understanding when listening to my issues and she has guided me so well already! I was very nervous starting up but that didn't last long because the sessions are so smooth and Cynthia just has a way with words! She really hears what I'm saying, helps me to answer questions I'm struggling to answer myself and just helps me understand myself so much more every session. I always feel comfortable, at ease, safe in her presence and feel like I am able to open up and truly be myself flaws and all. Her words and guidance have helped me navigate where I want to be, who I want to be and how to get there. She has helped me to break down walls and barriers I had in the way of my healing and I really do feel like I'm living every day being present and living to my full potential! I started off so defeated and with no sense of direction, I had just given up in all honestly.
