I have been a qualified Person- Centred counsellor since 2016 . I then went on to do a Masters in Psychology but it was unfinished. I have worked for Mind for nearly 3 years with clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder , bereavement , domestic abuse and addiction . My approach is Person-Centred which gets you to explore things that you are struggling with and look at ways you can make changes. I am very empathic, none judgmental and genuine, I am also very Spiritually minded and a Holistic Therapist and Healer and Law of Attraction Coach and Life Coach. I have worked with many one to one clients and I enjoy seeing people become empowered and to see their self growth gives me great pleasure as I love to see people thrive. I am constantly picking up tools for my own self growth and these tools can also be used to help you.

A Person- Centred Counsellor will offer you a safe none- judgemental container to explore any underlying issues and problems that you are struggling with and help you to externalise this so that you can come up with solutions to make changes

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She clearly shows genuine care and will to listen carefully and really understand your situation. Although in my case I didn't necessarily get directly any type of "remedy" to my situation, I do want to point out that solutions actually came as we discussed every bits and pieces of whatever was bothering me. In my opinion, this is just as, if not a lot more, effective of a way to address your own issues. Also, she is always prepared sharply for each session! Many many thanks!
