I am a qualified Mental Health Counsellor & Psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the American Counseling Association (ACA). I have an MSc degree in Mental Health Counselling and a B.A. in Psychology from Niagara University, New York. Since moving from the U.S., I have been actively practising in London, UK through providing psychotherapy services for my clients.

I have specialised clinical trainings and experience in providing counselling treatments for a various mental health problems, behavioural health issues, including addictions. I have provided direct services to clients individually, in groups, in community integration activities, and in the therapeutic milieu.
