My work focuses on short or long term psychotherapy, evidence-based short-term individual counselling, trauma counselling, and assessments of clients’ psychological wellbeing. I am over the moon with my therapist and her approach. I’ve worked with Edna twice now through many different life events and her gentle, intuitive approach is exactly what I needed. She has supported me to get some brilliant results and I’ve learned to better show up for myself and find ways to process my emotions.
I've navigated some difficult experiences with Edna from loss and grief to anticipated grief and my dad's terminal illness. My sessions have given me the tools to weather each storm. My cousin recommended the app and honestly it's been the best gift she gave me and now that I continue to give myself. This is my first time going into therapy, although I was very anxious about the experience, Edna has been a lovely therapist. She listens and responds to what is being said and you truly feel that you have been heard. It is easy to converse with Edna as I feel she is non-judgemental and not only helps you by talking through your experiences and feelings, but validates them as well. In that way it is easier to express things and open up to her. It is a relief to know that there is someone I can go to talk to without worrying about additional judgement.

Very calming and helpful
I saw Edna for 3 months. Edna was completely present for my situation she listened and responded in the best way, she was great. She was kind and respectful of my position and feelings at all times and gave sound suggestions appropriate to each session. There was always a feeling of her holding my inner mess with care, but also noticing how to help me cope and broaden my view of myself.
