Niamh is an amazing therapist. I have just started my journey to getting better and coping with trauma and my issues, but she has been so helpful so far. Really recommend Niamh, she is incredibly professional, listens well and is great overall.
I found Niamh to be really understanding and a very good listener. She helped me understand things I didn’t see previously and helped me deal with things in a practical manner but also allowed me the space to think about my past and why my behaviour or thoughts transpired in the way that they did. Solid, consistent, powerful. Niamh and I have worked together weekly for 6 months. I am a creative entrepreneur, 51 and unmarried.
