I am a qualified and experienced Person-Centred Counsellor with an additional qualification in Couples Counselling and CPD certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling. I am a Registered Member of BACP who’s counselled young people, adults and couples in a variety of settings and I’m also a qualified Counselling Supervisor. I have worked in various schools and counselling agencies, including an agency specialising in alcohol related issues. I also worked as a School Counsellor for 11 years. Francesca is kind, compassionate and very perceptive. This has created a safe and open space for me to explore my feelings and personal issues, and she has really helped empower me towards understanding who I am. We've only shared 3 sessions but I feel like I'm already making progress towards my 'problem' and Francesca has been a big reason for this. In addition, Francesca's easy-going manner has meant that counselling has lost it's impact and interaction in spite of being done virtually.

Francesca is patient and polite, I've found in the past that it's frustrating to be offered too many 'solutions', Francesca listens and asks appropriate questions that allow me to come to 'my own' conclusions on issues I'm having.
