About me and my therapy practice

I work from a humanistic client centred view point and can work with a wide range of clients. Each session will be guided by how you are on the day, and we will work together to look at themes and stuck points showing up in your life as well as looking to the future and where you would like to be.

I am trained in Integrative counselling and coaching, gaining my Postgraduate diploma at the University of East London.

Prior to this I completed courses in Person-Centred counselling and Life coaching.

Because of my training background I am able to work with a range of clients and the topics they bring. Generally we would start from a person-centred perspective where the sessions are led by you and the things you bring to therapy. Once we have built a foundation of trust we can then look at different ways of working together, be that CBT, NLP or Coaching and work towards goals you set yourself.

All sessions are 45 minutes long, we will use the first few sessions to build an understanding of what brought you to therapy and what you would like to get out of it. It is good to use the first couple of sessions to see if we can work together. Not all therapists will be for you, so take the time to check it is a fit for you.

I look forward to meeting you.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
