Since meeting Carol my life has changed significantly, I have left a job that was leaving me miserable and angry and found one I absolutely love. I also left a relationship I wasn’t happy in and have now found one I am! Carol really helped me recognise my feelings about these things that weren’t making me happy and encouraged me to pursue hobbies that I love, through this I gained the confidence to make the decisions that have changed my life. She also really helped me process a huge loss in my life and learn to live with grief, through this my relations to my family are much happier too. She’s also very warm, friendly and intelligent! She gives helpful practical advice and is very encouraging! I am much better off for meeting her!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Carol is a great listener. She is patient and uses her world of wisdom to draw out my hidden fears, giving reassurance and making me feel hopeful
Helped me a lot with recognising my triggers and how to deal with them before things get worse. Had many therapists and Carol had been the best one so far
Carol is an absolutely brilliant therapist, I couldn't recommend her enough. She not only listens closely to what you say, but she also provides thoughtful and practical advice, offering her wisdom, expertise and understanding to all situations. She helped me through a really challenging period of my life and I couldn't be more grateful for that.
Carol you’ve made such a difference to me at an incredibly vulnerable time in my life. You’ve shown me how to navigate through deep trauma and start to think in a more positive way. I know this is only the start and look forward to the journey to feeling whole again.
Very supportive, understanding, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Carol for a few months now and I feel like I'd be lost without this woman, my sessions with her are my weekly highlight, she listens with no judgement and supports you through difficult times. If anyone is looking for a therapist I could not recommend Carol any more if I tried. Thank you for everything
Carol is a brilliant therapist; knowledgeable, kind and she just gets me. She remembers everything; challenges when required, allows me to think outside the box and is always available. Even in times of calm, I rely on Carol. Thank you! X
I have been having therapy for around 2/3 months with Carol. It took me a while to find a therapist that cares and supports me but also pushes me to reach my therapy goals. I highly recommend :)
Carol has been extremely helpful in many different areas of my life, such as work, family, grief and anxiety. She has helped me identify and pursue my interests, actively in my career and also as a way of coping with grief . She gives great constructive advice as well as creative suggestions and is a genuine joy to chat to. Her sessions are very supportive and I would describe her as kind and clever, can't recommend her enough!
Lovely therapist, very understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. Extremely helpful. I struggle to understand what I feel and why I feel it and Carol really helps.
Carol is the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She has made me feel so heard and helped me to develop self confidence and belief in myself. Carol pays attention to everything that you say and actively helps you to begin reflecting and subtly encourages you to notice your own achievements and progress independently. I can’t recommend Carol enough!
Carol is a truly brilliant therapist. The sessions I had with her not only enabled me to speak freely about the issues I was going through, but she also offered and instigated really practical advice, that I took up and used to help solve these problems. I couldn't recommend her more!
Carol is amazing! She listens in such a gentle and caring manner. She really cares and even makes notes while you are speaking so she always understands how to get to the root of the issue. She recommends methods and homework to do. You will feel comfortable with her straight away. Lots of experience.

Carol for the past 6 months, she has been invaluable in helping improve my mental health, especially with overthinking and past issues. Each week she listened and helped me realised that I am good person and enough, which has helped me put my situation in perspective. I highly recommend her.
Carol was great to work with and really helped me with coping with my anxiety. I always felt listened to and comfortable in our sessions, and have come away from the Better Help experience feeling positive and having made progress.
Carol is excellent. I only felt I needed her help for a couple of sessions as she gave me such articulate and practical advice to move through my issues. My sessions with Carole were the most effective counselling sessions I’ve had in my life. Very grateful for her help.
Carol was excellent and really had a huge impact on me overcoming the issues I was facing over a period of months. She listened well, showed empathy, knew when to probe and when not to, and ultimately gave me good advice and guidance on how to overcome a difficult period. I appreciate her support hugely - it has left me feeling stronger, more self-aware and more confident in myself - and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her if I needed to. Thank you so much, Carol!
Carol has a sense of fun whilst remaining professional and relevant. She’s intuitive, interested and doesn’t forget anything. I feel I have gained a friend in addition to a confidant. Carol is supportive, encouraging and challenges me to be the best version of myself. My guardian angel.
Amazing therapist, has always helped me when thjbgs got rough. She's given me amazing insight on my mental heath and behaviour. I could not recommend Carol enough.
Carol has been great and very supportive of both my partner and I, and helps us form solutions together that we can apply during the sessions and also take away. Since our sessions began, we have found lots of issues, both small and slightly larger, easier to resolve and truly work as a team. The couple sessions are extremely helpful, but we have also had individual sessions that have equally been great. Carol truly listens and understands our situations and her experience offers great advice to allow us to work together. I would certainly recommend Carol.
Carol is amazing! Really listens, understands and helps me understand my thoughts and feelings!
Friendly and encouraging
